Program Description

The Castle Host SMS program may send service-related messages, appointment reminders, customer-support responses, operational updates, and other information related to your inquiry or Castle Host services. Promotional text messages will be sent only when you have provided the required consent.

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you authorize Castle Host to send recurring text messages to that number, including messages sent using an automated system where permitted by law. Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any property-management service.

You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.

Accepting Castle Host's general Terms and Conditions or providing a mobile number alone does not enroll you in the SMS program. Consent must be provided through a separate affirmative opt-in for the Castle Host program and messaging purpose disclosed at that time.

Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Castle Host and the services you request. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is responsible for any charges associated with sending or receiving text messages.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Castle Host text message. You may also use CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE, and we will honor any other clear and reasonable request to stop messages. Opt-out requests will be processed as soon as reasonably practicable and, where required, no later than 10 business days after receipt. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. You will receive further text messages only if you opt in again.

Delivery & Availability

Text-message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Castle Host may suspend or terminate the SMS program, or your participation in it, when reasonably necessary.

Mobile Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Vendors used solely to deliver the SMS program may process this information only on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. These SMS Terms are effective August 9, 2026.
