Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, no particular occupancy, revenue, ranking, or business result is guaranteed.
Castle Host SMS Program
Agreement to these general Terms and Conditions does not itself provide consent to receive text messages. Enrollment requires a separate, affirmative, program-specific opt-in. By completing that opt-in, you authorize Castle Host to send recurring messages to the mobile number you provide, including automated messages where permitted by law. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
The program may include appointment reminders, customer-support responses, service and operational updates, and information connected to your inquiry. Promotional messages are sent only when the required express written consent has been provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Your consent applies only to Castle Host and the messaging purpose disclosed when you opted in. Castle Host does not sell, rent, or transfer SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We maintain consent records as required and identify Castle Host as the sender.
